# Operator landing parity audit — Phase 8B8

## Coverage

All 45 seeded public routes are covered: nine operators (`aia`, `pru`, `get`, `et`, `ti`, `hlmt`, `zt`, `fwd`, `slt`) × Home, Hibah, Medical Card, Quotation, and Contact. The source-code mappings remain `get→ge`, `et→etiqa`, `ti→ikhlas`, `zt→zurich`, and `slt→sl`.

## Content, theme, and structure

The published CMS seed remains the source for all copy and section ordering. Tests verify the audited page orders, representative literal reference copy, and all nine primary/secondary/accent/text theme mappings. The public renderer remains shared and dynamic; no operator-specific page templates were introduced.

## Assets

Imported only audited default public assets from the 1Takaful reference: Home, Hibah, Medical Card, Quotation, and Contact imagery; five Hibah and five Medical importance images; and the nine mapped operator icons. They now exist at the seeded `/assets/website-cms/` and `/assets/operators/` paths, while future CMS uploads continue to use `/storage/website-cms/`.

## Intentional differences

TakafulHub retains its CMS administration, revision workflow, generic operator runtime, and system-controlled quotation form/quality-gate submission behavior. These are intentional platform boundaries, not parity defects. The quotation shell preserves CMS hero/intro placement and `#quotation-form`; business logic is not copied from 1Takaful.

## Deferred

No new landing sections, media-library behavior, operator-specific Vue copies, quotation business-logic replacement, or new CMS capability was added in this audit.
